After you book an event with us, we will set up your private client area and email you your password.

When you log in (further down this page), you will have access to our online interactive event planning tools including:-

  • Planning Form: Coordinate all the specific details of your event using the interactive event planning form. Save your work for continued progress and press the submit button upon completion. Your event details will be electronically submitted.
  • Event Timeline: Coordinate a precise sequence of events using the interactive event timeline. Save your work for continued progress and press the submit button upon completion. Your event timeline will be electronically submitted.
  • Music Requests: Search the extensive music library and "click & pick" songs to create multiple request lists. Save your work in between sessions and press the submit button to electronically submit your requests once your play list has been perfected.
  • Your Guest Request List: We also create a private area for your guests to make requests and email you the log in details so that you can decide whether or not to pass this information on to your guests. You can view the requests made by your guests here. Obviously, you will have the final say as to whether or not to accept the requests made by your guests.
  • Pay your balance through our secure payment gateway: PLEASE NOTE! When making your payment online, you may notice that the web address does not appear to be an encrypted page (https), nor does the 'padlock' image that you may have become accustomed to appear at the bottom of your screen. This is because the actual payment page belonging to our third-party payment processor is 'framed' within this page. The actual payment is, most definitely, made through a secure server. If you are in any way concerned (or if you just want to check), please click here to be taken to an external page to log into your account and make payment.

When making payments online, please do not under any circumstances use the back button on your browser, as this could result in you receiving a notice stating your payment has not been processed when you have already been charged. Please also make sure you make payment for the right amount.

If at any time you receive a notice stating that there has been a problem with your payment, or you are unsure if your payment went through, please telephone us or contact us via 'Live Support'to check the situation before re-submitting.

In the event of an overpayment being received, Corabar Entertainment will make a refund of the overpayment after deducted the online payment service provider's fees and our administration charge.
